This Privacy Policy explains how ROCKNEE LLC d/b/a Zorga (“Zorga,” “ROCKNEE LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information about you when you access or use the website at organize.io, the application at app.organize.io, and any related websites, applications, content, features, tools, products, and services we make available (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

AI Feature data may be stored by us and our service providers to provide the Service, maintain conversation history, improve feature quality, debug issues, enforce policies, prevent abuse, maintain security, and protect the Service.

We do not use your private User Content to train third-party AI models unless we disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.

You should not submit highly sensitive information to AI Features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

AI Features are not intended for emergency, medical, mental health, legal, tax, financial advisory, investment, or other professional use.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to:

  • support security and fraud prevention

After that period, we will delete or de-identify the relevant account data unless we are permitted or required to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, payment, dispute-resolution, security, enforcement, backup, or other legitimate business purposes.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. You remain responsible for canceling recurring billing through your billing settings or payment portal. We may retain limited billing, transaction, and account records as required or permitted by law even after account deletion.

Before requesting deletion or canceling your account, you should export or save any User Content you want to keep, where export tools or manual copying are available.
